Project Description: I have 11 different banner ideas that I need turned into quality banners. I will pass these to my affiliates, so I need someone who is both a good designer, and has a good marketing mind. There are three different products (5 banners for 1, 5 banners for another, and 1 banner for the last.) I want the ability to make three revisions on each banner if necessary. Also, I want a quick loading animated banners. All different sizes. Verticle, horizontal. We can talk about different options via IM, but I need some direction from you. I have all the creative leads, that I will provide to the winner. This includes images, colors, ideas and so forth. I will give you plently of direction, but I need you to act as art director. So, I need a designer and a creative marketing person. All flash banners need to incorporate all the latest ActiveX workarounds so that the users are not required to click the banners in order to activate them. I will provide more specifics in the IM. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
