Re-design Boat Detailing Website in Wordpress (more info)

Thank you for viewing my project and I am happy to have your help. I need someone skilled in building very visually appealing and easy-to-update/customize websites in WordPress. It would also help if you are skilled in graphic design. Take a look at the attached PDF document for requirements and a general idea of what I am looking for. I will provide most of the content but some graphics or photos you could provide might be beneficial. Also, I have attached my new logo. I need to be able to easily update and change the content like text, photos, videos, special offers, etc. I already have WordPress installed on the domain and use Dreamhost. The website will also need to be optimized for SEO.
