However, to make it look as good as your reference sites, great graphics are necessary and, in my opinion, are actually the key to what you want to achieve. Therefore, I have a few questions: 1) Do you have your own graphics or do you want me to get all the art according to your specifications? In the latter case given your budget, I'd search the web for free images. 2) Do you have web hosting for the project or do you want me to take care of that?
