customize google MAP API as a widget to a site

This is exactly what I am after and we need to feature where all golf courses are (very important) BUT this is exactly what I am looking for as a plug in to my site.

purpose of the tool

1. Provide a distance travel tool, which will make it easier for our agents to sell travel in our specified destinations.

2. Using google maps/other like minded facility you need to build a unique tool which will allow agents to add any two locations and to be able to get distances and directions between the two locations.

3. The results need to be presented in such a way that they can be saved in a document and so that numerous results can be saved in the same document.

4. This document needs to be able to have the agents logo and contact details as well as a customable message on a cover sheet and the document needs to be converted to PDF and either able to be emailed or printed.

Budget is limited and time....so people who wishes to do Research and development pls stay away .

Only a guy who can give me enough proof of concept will be selected .

No milestone or Upfront will be given if u have done this before its a 2 days work .u will give a satisfactory demo in ur server then ull be given server access and in the middle payment wll be done via paypal after the completion.u must give future support and modification if required ..for that ull be paid separately.
