Wedding Photography Flash website with unique flare(repost)

Unfortunately the previous developer on this project had a family emergency and could not longer work on the project what so ever. Therefore I have placed it up for bid. Kindly bid appropriately after reading the requirements. I require a new website for my expanding wedding photography business. I'd like a new perspective on development of this website. I'd like to use flash or other web standard formats (media expressions) Adobe etc.. to create something very special. I'd like to create a site similar to [url removed, login to view] website. A nice intro screen and similar formatting just like [url removed, login to view] . Smooth transitions of light and dark, smooth text scrolling... an audio track with soothing music. But with my own unique marketing brand "Jonathan Amdur Photography" . I shall provide you will all of your images and webhosting. I also need a client contact page, a testimonial page and a page about me and my style (i must request that I can change any text on the site simply without requiring a change in code. Again similar to Bobby Earle's site. As the design moves forward it will change a bit, so lets workout a good graphic design frame /Database structure from the start so that revisions can be created without issue. A bonus shall be granted for the best design work which you can provide me. Since I know what it takes to create good websites, just like it takes time for me to create fine art to be placed on walls for a lifetime of viewing.*The most important thing is that I must be able to add images into folder(s) which will be fluid and dynamic within the flash output. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I forgot to add one technical requirement to the website. I'd like to add a play button and one line of text under that button which will activate an audio message. This sound file but be able to be changed without code by a simple upload of mp3 or any other simple audio format which i can record on my PC. Thank you.

## Platform
My hosting linux server under its own IP address. FTP SQL PHP are all available. Subdomains are also available. Maybe for client access? Just a thought.
