The Spandex Regulatory Commission is the sole government (not really) agency responsible with setting the guidelines, licensing, and collecting the fees, for people to wear spandex. Have you ever seen a woman or man wearing spandex when they should not be?! If we had a REAL spandex regulatory commission, you would never see it! They would make sure that only the properly sized person would wear the spandex. This site is a sarcastic and comical website in the same genre as "the onion" and other sites that pretend to be what they are not. There will be a sizing chart for male or femal body types where they choose what body type they are and it tells them whether they can wear the spandex for free or whether there will be a large tax! The less desirable body type, the higher the fee. Provide a terms of service page, privacy policy page, a contact us form, a site search functioin, a SRC rules page, a Report a Concern page, a page to upload pictures to , a Top 100 most wanted page where the photos are viewed, custom logos, custom graphics, and a fully functioning website. Provide a browser check and information screen for any feature that is not supported by the user browser type. Provide a membership page and a place for people to send photos to apply for a position on the Board of the Spandex Regulatory Commission offering a certificate for approved applicants who pay a fee. Provide a detailed proposal outlining all features you propose to include, a detailed time line with benchmarks and a sample watermarked home page proposal showing off your skills as a designer. ## Platform IE 6 and up.
