We require someone who does high-end graphics/WEB design with Corel and Adobe and can CUT OUT a flat corel photo-paint or adobe photoshop or jpeg page into a web site with links and roll overs.

I need this work started right away. The average time it seems to take is 4 - 10 hours of work depending on the complexity of the site

The designer must do the following:

1) Cut out images that are buttons

2) Cut out as many text links AS text and NOT AS graphics

3) Add Tags (like toop tip or mouse over tags)

4) Add rollover effect

5) Scrollable main window

6) Possibley scalable.

Meet a set of standard requirments to make the site optimized for search engines.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

**WEB SITE GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS**

*Note: follow these specs unless otherwise indicated for individual site*

1) If the links and menu can be made in **text** that that is always better than graphics. However, there are times when this is not possible, or the text has been made with some additional effects. Most times, it will be indicated that it is ok for the links/menu items to be made in image format

2) All **text links** on the page should have a rollover underline that pops up

3) All menu items should have some sort of effect / **rollover** unless otherwise stated

4) **Vertical Scrolling:** The site should have the ability to expand vertically for large content pages. If this is not possible please indicate before starting on the project.

* It is our preference to have the site stretch to the maximum possible (based on browser size and resolution, to therefore automatically fit all content

* If the site is a regular Top menu and Left menu site, then the browser scrollbar is good enough for scrolling through content

* If however, the site is build in a square or any other odd design (eg. Digitalanchor) then we would prefer the scrollbar to be located in the content window itself.

5) It is important to remember, that generally speaking most of our sites will have **dynamic** main menus. In other words, the client will be able to add / remove links as they see fit, thus the stretching capability is important.

6) **Horizontal scrolling:** if the site has been built in the standard format where the right side is not contained. Then we would like it so that the site stretches and content moves to fill in the horizontal area that is available. If there is a way to do this with the contained (square) sites then it should also be applied as long as the site doesn’t get distorted

7) Any site which has been built with + / - signs for the menu items is to have a Java drop down box (default) or a pop up menu. When one menu item opens the other should close.

8) A corresponding CSS sheet should be used in the site as well: Create some general classes for the client to use for his dynamic content

9) The stylesheet or whatever method is necessary should be built so that the end user can go to his browser ? view ? text size and choose from Smaller to Largest. As a result the main content window text (at the very minimum) should change size correspondingly

10) When the site has been finally approved and completed, please also submit one example of:

* A standard table: eg: 4 columns ??" 8 rows, which has a design/colour/text that matches the site

* A standard form: eg: one textbox, checkbox, select box, button that has the design/colour/text that matches the site.

* All files used in the development (Graphics, Macromedia/Other, Flash raw files), should be uploaded to a /DevWork folder for that specific site

- If you need further clarification about this please contact us.

*Please remember these are general specs. There will be numerous times in which specs will change for individual sites. It is the designer’s responsibility to read those specs in case they do not follow any of the items mentioned here.
