543471 Mihalism image hosting script addons

Im looking to upgrade my Mihalism image hosting based website. 1.) First thing that i would like to add on my site is multiupload field like the one there is on http://imageshack.us. It should also get it's own admin panel which will be implemented into old admin panel where i could modify next persmissions: - Maximum numbers of pictures to upload - Picture size limit if it's a guest - Picture size limit if it's registered member - It should have to peremission to show in the public gallery ([login to view URL]) or not, just like there is at the moment for default upload which you can find at the main page. It should support all pictures extensions. 2.) Second thing is Album option. Mihalism already has album sistem for registered members, so i would like this to be little bit modified. Current Album sistem in Mihalism works in a way that when you're registered you can create multiple albums in your user panel and replace those uploaded pictures to the albums. What i would like to modify is: - Under the upload fields there will be a check button ("create album") and a Name field so that you can name your album (a-z and 1-9 characters only) right away. If it's checked it will create Album of all those pictures that are uploaded. - If the user is logged into the site he will have the option to check "Create album" check button and use name field - If the user is not logged in, check button and name field will be locked + there will be a messege next to it ("available for registered members only") - This option should be available for all upload options (multiupload field, current default and url external upload) Album would mean this: All the pictures are connected with thumbs at the [login to view URL] which is main site picture shower for example: [login to view URL] So for example i upload pictures 1, 2, 3, 4 - i click on the image 2 and i'll be able to see thumbnails of the pictures 1,3,4 below this image number 2. This way they will be connected to the Album. Album will also include a code to post all gallery pictures at once to forums and html sites. I want this created with a clean code, php or what every, just please do not use some pre-made flash templates to make this option. 3.) Make the whole site support Croatian characters (i think UTF8 supports any), this also means that i'll be able to send mailing lists using Croatian characters. I want this done without any down time on my site. So find a way to work without any down time, it's really important to me.
