Project Scope: Creating a Real Estate Listing Website in Joomla and MySQL from scratch
I am requiring an Expert with Joomla Websites, templates, and Real Estate Websites

We currently have a Real Estate Listing website ([login to view URL]) that is built in PHP and SQL database backend. I am starting over to build a better website using Joomla and MySQL. You can view [login to view URL] to view the different functionalities that will be required, but the new website will have these features and more functions.
You can have full access to the existing website programming code which is in PHP, very extensive and already has most functionalities but may be useless because new site in Joomla.
I will provide a Template that will need to be customized and made to use with Joomla
I am changing to Joomla because of the stability and the multiple functionalities that we do not have. We have an Expert Joomla and database programmer overseeing project.
Needed Website Features:
-Consumers can freely upload their real estate listings with Images and house descriptions and then control listing
-Uploaded images need to automatically sized to specific pixel size
-each listing will rotate uploaded images with Flash
-Query database for existing listings by multiple search fields
-Login after registering as a user and control their own listing or add more listings
-Mapping, schools, etc.
-daily rotating articles
-Create Blog - RSS Feeds
-Daily Mortgage rate feeds
-Banner rotation on website for advertising
-e-mail notifications for matching listing preference
-Site Search and Site Map
-SEO
-Website generates Leads...Database knowledge ([login to view URL])
Required SKILLS:
-Integrate Open Realty with Joomla to provide a seamless for sale by owner real estate system.
-Integrate 3rd party components, such as blogs, forums, slideshows, etc...into the site seamlessly.
-Integrate an advanced Banner Manager into the site.
-Add paypal component to charge users for placements of ads. Based on type of user.
-Modify theme (either prebought joomla templates or custom created) for consistency throughout site.
ALL 3rd party components should be consistent with main theme.
Integrate an SEO to allow for search friendly links ( i.e. openSEF etc.. )
