Flash Games for website with Highscore

I am looking for a Flashgame (prefer Tetris) that can also store a highscore to the registred users database (mysql).
Can you find one or do you have it? You will need to install it on our website (php based) and make sure that the highscore is inserted in the users database as well as list of highscores on the frontpage of our website.
PLEASE IF YOU RESPOND: PERSONAL ANSWER WITH SOME DETAILS OF WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US. ALSO MENTION THE GAME BUT WE PREFER TETRIS...
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Regarding my project where a flash game is required: I am NOT looking for a new game that still needs to be developted. BUT I am looking for a cheap, existing, simple and plain game that is allmost ready to install in our website. Nothing to fancy is needed. Good old Tetris would even be nice...
Therefore all bidders that offered to create a new game and have bid over $50 cannot be accepted. You might like to withdraw or change your bid.
