I am editing this to let you know that we have the .eps file. that was not included in the zip that was uploaded. We will email that to the winner _____________________________________________ Original bid post..... I have a logo that was designed and I also will provide the background. In the logo there is a letter "e" that rotates back and forth. The flash file was purchaed originally from Template Monster and I will provide you with the whole template that includes the swf files. You may or may not need them. There is a an old website that I had that no longer is active but can be seen using interenet archieve: [url removed, login to view] Enter: [url removed, login to view] then select date of Feb 24, 2005 You can see the e graphic there rotating. Also I am sending you a background image over which logo should be added in flash. So, coder will need to use this image as a background image. Included in the uploaded zip file is: [url removed, login to view] (vector format) logo my graphic artist just recreated, which you can use. This way you only need to adjust colors on the logo, and add the rotating E letter. If you have the proper flash tools this is a very fast 10 rating. You are free to keep the $100 template as well as long as you modify it. I will email you the template if you win the bid.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
