creating website from a free templates

we want a frre template to convert into website and for that we need to design few images like technologies we offer in adobe Photoshop using for flash xhtml slide show and our exist logo to be re-disgn and allingment of header and footer and the contents ,i am attaching the files and templates needed to design and we are dealing with sugar crm and we are a start up so your idea will be appreciated to create website. we need all the page to convert in .php and separate php file for header and footer so that the div of header and footer to be just recalled for every page and we want to remove all the image except symbol of about us and setting and in that place we want to add slide show and in the home page between symbol of about and setting we want to add flash xhtml slide show of technologies we offer like php java android etc and in the whole we want attractive and fundoo website for us
