Facebook page app

I want to produce something similar to this on my facebook page [login to view URL] 1 visitor sees facebook app on FB page with image and like button above Once clicked on like button 2 image is swapped to see similar to this [login to view URL] once this is clicked FB App requests same permissions (emails address and name is stored) 3 link to mailchimp mailing list form and RT Twitter function similar to the page shown with this app. I will supply all images and copy so you just need to sort out the code. Please do not bid unless you know what you are doing. You will need to show working example on FB page that I can access before transferring to 'live' page. Very simple task for person with FB app experience. More work available for the right person. You must be available on MSN in needed while project is open.
