Website completetion in PHP

This is a simple project that needs completion. Previous RAC developer lost his programmers and left me with a partial site. We never did get to a site review phase so some equirements are missing. 1)This website will be standards based, feature rich, with easy to use navigation. The website will be future updatable with a standard editor and directories based back end structure for easy picture updates.(CMS)The CMS is already coded by the previous coder but needs modification to few parts and install few features in it. The backend of the website will allow for easy updates based on landscape type. The site will be organized in the following categories: 1. Xeriscape 2. Tropical 3. Theme based 4. Other 2)Automatic rotation of the featured project will occur every week. This is where I would like the site to have an option, where the featured landscaping project on the home page is rotated based on some calendar rule. 15 days, then rotates to the next top project. 3)The contact us form will be a standard customer contact form. The form will generate and mail the information to a configurable email address. This form will include several required fields and perform error checking. If an error is detected the user entered data will remain and the error will be highlighted. If the project is not completed the contract for this project will be reposted. All source code will be included. Use of copyrighted material is prohibited. All development content will be the property of Desert Dreams Inc..

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
