Web 2.0 Social bookmarking User Experience /Graphics Design/USABILITY STUDY. (backend already done)

I have the backend for a [url removed, login to view] style site, although not entirely the same. What is needed is TOP NOTCH web2.0 design (of both User experience, and Graphics), similar to the styles of 37signals, rollyo, flickr. User Experience: I have a barebones version of the site up already, with links to all the functions, its pretty much fully functional, just that interface is crap. The designer would need to understand the concept and purpose of the site, and plan the entire user experience, ie, what links to what functions should be on whichpage, which information should be on which page , with reasons justifying his choices. Graphics: Nice big fonts, nice meaningful icons that are easy on the eyes. You know, typical web2.0 style. Bonus would be given if toolkit such as DOJO is used for enhanced javascript effects (meaningful ones! not just thrown in for the sake of coolness). AJAX is also a possibility, (once i get backend done to allow that). Please remember, this is not just a simple "design some cool web2.0 icons and drop them in a standard template" project. This is an entire user experience design that involves detailed thought of what functions should be in which page, and what information displayed where. I have a reasonable budget for this project. What is more important is not how cheap the designer is, but how good he is. Of course I cannot afford premier overpriced design firm prices (think 37signals). Send your bids, along with portfolio. Thanks!
