web pages

The project is to design a web site with about 7 - 10 pages about a subject or some kinds of products e.g. cars or something like this. i will send many help sheets and tasks so that the coder can undertand everything needed to be done but them sheets need to be read well and understood to do the work as wanted by me and my teacher. i needed someone who has the time to work on this project and some who knows what they are doing, so who has done work like this many times bofore. i need someone with prefect english. i need someone who knows dreamweaver very well as the web site has to be desgined in dreamweaver but they will also need to know about scripts and everything else. after the desgin of the web site is done everything done must be show documenation so how the site was desgined, where information images where taken from, how images where changed, testing of web pages and many other stages to the documenation work. no time wasters who do not know much about web desgin and dreamweaver. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform dreamweaver and other programs to like flash, fireworks and etc. ## Deadline information if coder is doing good work deadline will be go up so they can have more time to finish work
