The system (website) will allow a user with access-code to input via the web contact-details plus a number (min 1 - max 500) of 6-digit postal-codes. The system will store this data with user-id label (generated by the system) and calculate realtime the percentage of postal-codes overlap with each of the other stored user-datasets (max 500). The calculation results will be displayed online per stored user-id label.
If user requests for identity of other users to be revealed the system will trigger two emails: one to the system manager (which shows the displayed calculation results), and one as an acknowledgement to the requesting user.
The system manager must be able to upload even larger user-datasets (max.3000 postal-codes), and to download and purge the user-datasets.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's hosting environment.
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
