This will be a site to match people with skills and people who wish to have these skills. The site should be done in PHP. I have a very tight deadline for this and I hope to get people who can do the job fast.
The site I'm going to create is something like <[url removed, login to view]>. Before bidding for the project make sure you all sign up and login to the site to have a look at what's it all about. The site I'm creating is similar to this but without certain features like the built in messenger and chat room.
Bidders should give me a reasonable timeline of completion of not more than 3 weeks. I would also like to have a good design as well as ensuring the site loads up fast.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
