NHL Hockey News/Blog Site

What I'm looking for is a community based site with multiple member/writer blogs. Members will be able to comment on blogs & news and will have a chance to have their stories appear on the main page if voted on by enough members. I want to compete with some of the other hockey dedicated websites out there, one of the most noteable being HockeyBuzz.com. I want to provide an alternative resource for hockey news, rumours, and ongoings from around the world of hockey. An ideal design for me would be similar to [login to view URL] with blogger names at the top and NHL news, scores, schedules and daily game predictions on the main page. I like the general layout and how the news is posted, so something like this would be ideal. However, I can provide a sample template design if need be. I would also like a way for payed registration for future site projects. ie. (hockey pools, fantasy drafts with prizes) I am flexible with the time period. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
