Matlab script for imaging analyzing an AVI movie: The movie (1-10sec) should read in the single frames from the avi file (5 frames per sec) analyze each individual frame. The movie shows a moving plate (overhead view) and was taken with a CCD camera mounted on an optical microscope. Please have a look at the attached schematic drawing from the setup. This schematic shows the position of the CCD camera with respect to moving/rotating plate. The plate rotates around a hinge ??" 4 sequential position of the plate are shown. The program should track the moving plate as a function of the x, y position with respect to a fixed position (a mark is shown in all images as an orientation). The output file should be a simple table of the plate position (frame number, x and y position). An example movie can be found in the zip file. More examples can be provided by request.
