**Subject:** Strong Joomla developer with PHP and MySQL for short-term project This is a contract position for the completion of a small, customized Joomla-based site. You should be comfortable working with custom templates and integrating modules and components. A small component of the site also utilizes PHP and MySQL. The core skill-set is as follows: · Joomla o Integrating Components/modules (forum, scheduling tool, merchant account, blogs, etc.) o Custom Templates · PHP ??" utilized for a couple of custom forms · MySQL ??" DB for form data · HTML/CSS ??" Good sense of design to visually weave the site together The project starts immediately, and has a very well defined scope. We prefer a fixed bid engagement, and payments will be made based upon the completion of specific milestones. In addition, a bonus will be paid if the project is completed early. Template: We have a professionally designed template that has three layers: home page, landing page, and content page. We need a few more templates cut from this to accomodate the blog, the aura test, the forum and the scheduling tool. This is not heavy design work - it is just moving elements around. 2. Blog - we have already selected the tool (wordpress) it is just a matter of configuration 3. Forum: we have already selected the tool (a joola extension). It is just a matter of configuration. The forum is the only password protected area of the site. So we need registration integrated here, and a person must have taken the aura test in order to join the forum. We need to sync registration data entered to join the forum with information stored in the aura test database. There are 14 groups within the forum. 4. Au ra test: the application is already written, it just needs some formatting. In addition, we need to create the registraion page for the test. We have the information needed. 5. We have selected Jomres as the scheduling tool. We have the logic for the tool, and it needs to be customized to our needs. It also needs to be integrated with a PayPal merchant account sot hat people schedule and hold appointments. We need to have it kick out appointment email reminders, and to also bill people if they do not cancel their appoitnment. The administrator needs to be able to log back in just before the appointment to charge the card that was used to hold the appointment, enter another credit card, or remove the charge since the person may pay with cash or check. If you have another scheduling mod you have used we would love to hear about it. People can schedule face to face, phone, group or online chat readings. 6. Content: We have the informati on/content plan built out, and we need all pages to be created from the templates, and populated with content and graphics. We have about 50% of the content ready to load. We also have a map of where we need content to be fixed, and where we need the ability to swap content and graphics in and out of the frames. 7. Content Subscription: We also offer a monthly newsletter that people can subscriibe to. There are 12 different newsletters, and we need to give them a choice by the color of their aura. No need to take the test to get an aurascope, and they can subscribe to as many colors as they want. 8. Instant messaging by appointment. We also need a real time/same time messaging system module implemented. People need to buy time to do this through the scheduling tool, and this way we can do online readings.
