Install OpenAd on VS w/documentation

Seeking someone who is experienced in installing and administering OpenAds I would like the latest OpenAds 2.4 installed on my MediaTemple VS - including: * appropriate web-server configuration * appropriate back-up processes * recommended server monitoring * testing that any necessary email alerts can be delivered (trouble-shoot email delivery) * implemention of any recommended cron jobs * Documentation of installation details * Documentation of recommended admin maintenance operations ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional installed OpenAds application, and documentation as specified.
