Increase Site Traffic Automated System

I am looking for someone familiar with how to 1) refine keywords for main site [[login to view URL]][1]; 2) promote website to search engines; 3) create an automated system that will continue to bring visitors to our sites; and create resource list of most cost effective online marketing systems in order to generate web site traffic.
