Dear Coders, I am representing a small Australian immigration lawyers firm, and we are trying to assess the possibility of implementing a CRM (Customer Relations Management) utility on our website for our Worldwide Sales Reps. We must first warn that other solutions, outside of those searched for here, are being looked into, for example the regretfully horribly expensive [url removed, login to view] or more specialized solutions like stedb.com. We would therefore like to call upon your various bids to implement a CRM which would follow the following requirements: -Runs on PHP/MySQL server -Accessed only by Administrator and Sales Reps through a password system. -Ability to automatically fetch, store track leads from 2 main sources: a) Custom Forms on our website b) Emails sent to a specific email adress -Ability after having received a lead from one of the above sources, to automate the sending of an email to the customer, said email depending upon certain variables in the forms (eg country of origin or score in an online assessment) -Ability to email online the lead with solutions to his or her problem, and review all past messages/discussions with the customer. Possible ability to choose from a set of editable templates for the email -Ability to automatically 'assign' a lead to a given user of the CRM, depending on the country of origin of the customer. Said user would then have the ability to see 'only' that lead under his own lead management page. -Ability to track status at any time of a lead - users only theirs, admin all. -Ability once a lead has been converted into an opportunity to pass it on to a different 'user' - one of our immigration lawyers. -Ability to store in a single database the names, emails and other details of all leads, possibility to export them, possibility to send a simple newsletter to all, possibility for a customer to unsuscribe. (rest continued below)

## Deliverables

-Ability to track and display statistics on number of leads, number of emails sent, number of opportunities/sales made...etc. Ideally we would like the CRM to run on our own servers, which run PHP/mySQL, and for our Sales Reps to log on online. We are in the process of implementing a new website with its own CMS, so we would like the ability to have a form that would work on any CMS and still 'pass' on its info to the CRM script/database. You are free to use any Open Source CRM available, but the important features we HAVE to have are: 1) those listed above 2) simplicity of use 3) simple clean but not ugly design (note we do not mind designing to be subcontracted provided deadlines are met). A suggestion might be getting it to work within a CMS such as Xoops if this simplifies anything. Feel free to bid, giving past examples of your related work and a short statement on which scripts you would use to solve this problem, or how exactly you see the project's solution. Please note other solutions are also being considered and we will aim for the most competitive solution. Sincerely, A. Motte Synch1 ----------------------------- ----------------------------- 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
