Adding an ad banner slot on a landing page

We would like the page [login to view URL] page to have room for either a 468 x 60 or 728 x90 banner gif to be placed on the bottom after the "....no charge to you!" text. (make the code automatically center the banner so that if we ever change the banner back and forth btw 468 and 728, it'll still look fine) The banner can either be inside the same grey box as the "no charge" text, or it can appear below the grey "no charge" text box. Please have the comment "PLACE AD CODE HERE" in the code as a placeholder so we can easily locate the place to add or change the ad banner codes. Deliverable will be a functional page that will look okay on all browsers, and uploaded into our hosting account at boundgrid as signup_withad.aspx. username/login to our hosting account will be provided on bid acceptance so you can download the current [login to view URL] file and make the above addition to it. ## Deliverables 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
