Simple Drupal module to capture and display data

I need a simple Drupal module that will: 1) Accept basic form input from a user 2) Apply a calculation on the data captured (matrix based on 4 metrics, age, time, distance, gender) 3) Store the modified data as a discrete node that is connected to the user 4) 'View' consolidated data from all users in a sorted custom view. The above view needs to be updated in real time as the user captures the form data (view_attachments?)
