Fix css on responsive bootstrap nav menus

need the html and css on this page [login to view URL] fixed so that my nav menus use bootstrap 3 instead of 2 - right now if you replace my bootstrap js with bootstrap 3 js the drop down submenus don't pop open right on the mobile version also on the drop downs for ONLY "Street Style" "Red Carpet" and "As Seen On" there is coding for for xs screens and md screens separate because I couldn't get the css right to just have one set of code - I want this code combined like the rest of the menu and it to look like it does now on xs and md screens the first nav menu I have hidden for mobile the second menu is the menu used on mobile and when you start making the screen smaller the menu doesn't collapse right, theres random menu parts showing wrong - I need this fixed make it so it breaks at a good spot where the header looks good all the way down to mobile (xs) - the mobile looks how I want it to at mobile size and the md size looks how I want it to as well just mainly need the coding fixed and the transition sizes my container size is 990px and I have my sidebar disappear at 992px with margins of 15px on md and 10px padding on xs I have enclosed the old bootstrap 2 js file which I want get rid of for the bootstrap 3 js file, custom js (there is one function needed at bottom of file that menu doesn't work without, my css file, and the php file I want you to edit with the header on it
