Create Drupal Website/theme with 2 sample pages

Create a new two-page Drupal website and a theme called RMM built on the Fusion base. Some new custom CSS elements are also created. The attached specification includes details and design images for all: screen, page and region layouts, the header, a navigation menu, login, CSS elements, a sample home page and a sample contact page. Estimated time to completion for an experienced Drupal/CSS professional: 2 hours. Please review the attached specification document and images prior to bidding. This is Phase 1 of a multi-phase project. If Phase 1 goes well, we hope to use the same Freelancer for all future phases. The developer must: 1) Have a minimum of two years proven professional Drupal development. 2) Provide links to websites created and modified. 3) Be proficient in speaking English with a Skype account for project contact.
