Generate Keyword List!

URGENT: We require an English-speaking coder to create a list of keywords for our seven sites. Pref. using WordTracker.

We will provide base keywords, however you'll need to expand on this. The chosen keywords will be utilized in keyword-based marketing plans, particularly Google AdWords.

An example of one of our sites is "File-Saver" (this isn't one of the sites we'll ask you to generate keywords for). Our top five targetted keywords here are: recover file, recover deleted file, restore deleted file, undelete file, file restore. We need someone to provide a full list, expanded on this theme, to hundreds of keywords.

The winning bidder will probably use a tool such as WordTracker to provide a list of relevant keywords. We already target dozens, but need a coder to go through and hand-pick hundreds more. We do NOT simply want a list of "related" keywords from WordTracker. We are paying for the human element. We need someone to go through the list, brainstorm new terms, and hand-pick the most suitable phrases.

Your bid amount will be how much you will charge to generate this list of keywords per SEVEN SITES (all similar to File-Saver in size, though different topics). You should retrieve at least 100-300 keywords per site.

We can provide "starter" keywords and Web site addresses, however you will need to do the rest. We also appreciate having negators added to the phrases too (ie, "-free", etc).

Quality workers only with sensible bids ONLY. We are an established buyer and will likely continue to work with the winning bidder over the next year.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
