We like to have a web site for rating consumer products.
Requirment:
ASP.NET C# or COldFusion OR PHP
CSS / XHTML / Ajax
SQL or mySQL database
Colaborate filtering Engine for dynamic rating(CF)
This web site have 3 major part and function:
1) Admin level to enter products, read comments manage web site activity
2) Register users that will login to rate products and will recieve newsletters
3) guest users that can write comment on products and will be available just to admin level
