I require a small program that uses the GSM modem Wavecom M1306b, transfer SMS messages from cell phone to a Windows PC, create a database with the sms, phone number, date, time, export it to an html or php and upload it via ftp to a server to visible from any internet browser, which is updated every three minutes. keys managed by admin. DB Export excel document inside the pc when required.
