Phone signal strength tool

For Pocket PC Phone Edition 2002/2003, create an application that continually updates a display of the signal strength of the Phone hardware. The application need not use any specific art, although it can be provided if desired. A simple edit control that gives the information in text form is more than acceptable. **Please note:** Application should be written in C/C++ and **_not C# or .Net_**, as it must run on **both** 2002/2003 Pocket PCs. The app should also be smart enough that if a user runs it on a non-phone device, it should not crash, but merely be able to display a simple message about the Pocket PC not having phone capabilities. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done, with copyright assigned to me. ## Platform Pocket PC Phone Edition 2002/2003.
