I am looking for an application which will be able to read color image file the application shall be apple to carry the following function

1) To check if box avilable in the image and to indecate the color of the box

2) To check if any charactors are available in the box

if yes to read the charactors and store it in a file with indecation of the color of the box.

3) The program shall support English chararctors and Arabic charactors.

The program shall be written in Visual basic or C++ the source of the program is required.

The plat form is windows 2000

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
