Numerology Calculator

There is no big budget for this software as it will be a giveaway, a freebie. It needs a fully working fuctionality to get certain numerology numbers, and some text function to show the result on the numbers provided i.e. explaination. The functionality of the program will be limited but I will later expand it with the right coder for a commercial product. I need 3 components; 1) an free compiler/installer to create an executable bundle(including makefile etc) 2) a calculator/report generator (will furnish details to winner) 3) an open source compiler picked by the coder. The chosen candidate will pick the language and design. The functionality and some algoritms (calculation) will be provided by us. choices of languages are a) **Java** (_if you choose Java I need a **makefile** i.e. a solution WITHOUT any development desktop, as I don't have what you may and I do not wish to get into programming_) b) **OPen source C/C++ compiler** Please, _be very proficient in the language_ and UI of the chosen language and I will reward you with the later, commercial project commencing in '08. The data the user will provide is Name at Birth, name currently used, date of birth. Based on this you will provide a very simple calculation for a Pythagorean system of numerology. The table of the pythagorean system is provided by the web site <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is for MS Windows. If you choose Java it should work on Macs etc but this version will only be tested on PC (MS Windows)
