I am looking for software similar to what is offered via Psychic Sales Letter, [url removed, login to view], and OptinQuizGenerator.com. This software needs to be able to not only capture a user's name and email address and pass that information on to the autoresponders AWeber and GetResponse, but ALSO quiz the user by asking them questions. Based upon their answers they are taken to a "custom" sales page that includes their name and content that addresses their specific needs (as outlined by the answers they provided).
This software needs to be (or produce) a script that the software owner can install on their site. LeadPageGenerator does seem superior to OptinQuizGenerator to me, but I do not like the idea that a user has to keep a current subscription to keep their site active. I believe that I would rather offer a product that gives the user a chance to create their script with my software, install it on their own server, and be done with it.
A quick recap, Ideally the software would be/include:
Standalone software that produces a script (or a script that does the following is also acceptable) that will:
Capture a customer's Name and Email Address
Pass Name and Email to GetResponse and Aweber (at minimum)
Asks customer any number of questions
Submitting Quiz (also subscribes to autoresponder) takes customer to custom sales page
Quiz can be stylized with HTML/CSS and SEO
Script produces a branded footer with an affiliate ID for my software allowing user to earn commissions by sharing my software with others
