Looking for programmer with the following:

SKILLS:

1) Good communication skills - Must speak English, USA programmer preferred.

2) Availability - Responds to requests quickly and in emergencies.

3) Commitment - Ability to start and finish a project and support your work afterwards.

4) Knowledge of C programming, PHP programming, MySQL programming and familiar with API's.

PAYMENT:

Project will be paid in USD via milestones. As each milestone is reached you will get paid for part of the project.

All additional requests will get added as a separate project.

RIGHTS:

Source code and compiled code becomes property of GroupGATOR. With each update, source code along with compiled code will need to be provided in a zip file. There is no exception. We may have more than one programmer working on the project and they will need the source code.

PROVIDED:

A partially functional version of the software is available currently and I will provide that. I can also provide mock up's, graphics and explanations on how each function should work. How it's programmed will be up to the programmer we pick. I would like to either fix what's wrong with the version we have now or recode it completely.

BUDGET:

We have a budget and we need to stick to it. We can not afford to go over our budget for this project. Therefore, the programmer that wants to take on this project will need to be ok with this. We have a large community and lots of users who depend on the software. The benefits of exposure and the ability to put this on your resume out weighs the smaller budget. Working on this project will only benefit you.

COMMITMENT:

By taking this project you agree to work on and complete as quickly as possible. This project should only take between 1 and 3 weeks for a skilled programmer, probably less. It's expected of you to provide a fully functional piece of software that works and has all the options as laid out in mocks, descriptions in emails, explained in videos and presented in the already partially functional software. We are taking what is already done and making it work properly. We are not adding any new options, if anything we will be toning down a couple options or removing some to make the software simpler. There will be C programming, some php and some SQL as well you will have to work with an advertising API to implement a certain feature into the software.

AVAILABILITY:

I will be available all the time pretty much. What is expected from the programmer is:

1) quick response to emails - to let me know you received it, understand it and are working on it.

2) updates as quickly as possible

3) response to emergency situations - doesn't happen too often, but sometimes we need updates when things break.
