Betting Exchange (Betfair) Odds comparison and alert software

I am looking to have a simple user friendly and aesthetically pleasing bot to be developed that does the following.\r\n\r\nYou will need to be familiar with the API the website uses for people to interact with its services.\r\n\r\n1/ Scans the days horse racing markets and gathers the LAY ODDS from the exchange\r\n2/ Scans the days horse racing market and gathers the FIXED ODDS (this is a newer addition to the leading betting exchange site)\r\n3/ compares the 2 and highlights any arbitrage odds (the fixed odds are higher than the exchange lay odds)\r\n4/ Creates a simple text log of matched alerts.\r\n4/ send an email alert\r\n\r\nThere will be a few user settings\r\n1/ Time period of markets to scan ( hours/ days....)\r\n2/ frequency of scan in time (from 1 minute upwards)\r\n3/ Percentage difference in odds to look and alert for.\r\n4/ Amount available to be layed\r\n5/ email address to send alerts to\r\n \r\nThis bot must be implemented using the Exchanges own API, as i understand it the \"fixed odds\" part is not avaiable from the API so you will need to devise a method of gathering the data for fixed odds.\r\n\r\nThe bot must be able to run in a windows 7 environment.\r\n\r\nThe deliverable will be both the compiled bot and the source code.\r\n\r\nPlease feel free to ask any questions.\r\n\r\nPayments will be made by 2 milestones, the first on release of the software and the final one once it meets the requirements.\r\nPayment will be made by paypal through the freelancer website.
