Animated GIF ActiveX

ActiveX component written in VC++ 6 or Visual Basic 6. This component should provide the properties, methods and events necessary to build an application that can create animated GIF files. Functionality should be identical to that in the free Microsoft GIF Animator. The component will not be considered complete until the workspace (source code) can be compiled on the buyer's system. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
