I need an experienced coder that can quickly program in the above noted language, without any English spelling or grammar mistakes. Efficiency and good problem solving abilities are required. I need a coder that can reply to my comments in a very expedited and regular manner, maximum within 1-2 days from the posted comment or request. An ability to work independently, understand tasks assigned, with limited involvement of the application project developer is required. Attention to details and experience in excellent troubleshooting techniques is needed. I have a lot of work, and additional work can be assigned concurrently or consequently, once the coder is chosen. All the work to be uploaded to my test server and vworker on a regular basis. Access details to my test server will be provided to the successful coder, as required. Communication for this project is done via vworker, google docs todo document in real time, and uploads to my FTP server and the vworker. All agreements are documented via vworker. **DETAILED WORK DESCRIPTION:** 1) I have a PHP application, that is running on my web server. I need to add additional features and debug, fix the program. The source code of the existing PHP application will be attached to the comments section of the successful bidder, prior to accepting the bid of the coder. Fix functionality. Also let me have an ability to assign some or all templates to users. I need to have a better control of templates. 2.3) Please fix all user GUI errors, delays, message errors. 2.4) db need to reside in sep. folder, let me control where it resides. 2.5) when no template is selected, after a template was selected, but the file was not saved, the original text in the window should be reloaded/shown in the editor window. 2.6 ) EMAIL, FAX. I need an ability to be able to select a record or multiple records, in file browser (as i can do now), and I need to two more commands: Email button. Fax button. Email button sends the file via email to the address i specify. Fax button, send the files via email, to the address following address: telephonenumberincluding the areacode@domainname.com. The domain name is to be set in the main config. 2.7) when pressing new file creation button, please allow a checkmark option there to autopopulate the file name field to the following format: year_month_date_hour_min. example: 2010_10_25_10_22.(i type extension here). 2.8) I need an option in config, on per user basis, to allow the user to browse the sub folders within the assigned folder. Subfolder browsing: True/False. 2.9) New view mode: PDFFORMS (this is pdfphp mode with an extra ability to fil in the forms and save the data in xfdf data format on a server). PER GROUP AND PER USER. USER VALUE TO OVERWRITE GROUPS. Next to generate key, let me select if the user is universal or not. Provide this comment (on the user screen). All the functions of the existing application must be usable and working. All code to be in PHP language 4) Any code that can be reused from the original application, in the new application, must be pre-approved by me. 5) Additional work and bonuses: I have a lot of PHP, C#, classic ASP, graphic design and general web site design work. PHP 4 and 5 must be supported. The code must be plain text PHP code, and not encrypted. No un-approved third party components, dlls or any external code or drivers. The program must run independently. The program must be well commented and indented. Proper GUI and user error and other messages and comments must be done. Any Windows OS IIS server.
