Password Management Tool

I need a password management system installed for my website which validates both "paypal" and "clickbank" payment systems. I offer many different membership lengths to my password protected area at my website: 1 Day Membership $14.95 2 Day Membership $24.95 3 Day Membership $34.95 1 Week Membership $44.95 2 Week Membership $59.95 1 Month Membership $74.95 3 Month Membership $199.95 1 Year Membership $549.95 After making a successful payment through one of the payment systems by clicking a button on my homepage, this password management system would forward the buyer to a secure page which cannot be accessed without payment. At this page, the customer can create username and password to login to the password protected member's area. I would also like them to enter their name, email address, and a drop down list asking the buyer how they heard of our website. I would like to have an automatic email notification every time someone fills out the form on the secure page. The username and password they created would give them access for the number of days they purchased. I would also need an admin. area where I can view a list of all the current subscribers and their username, password, email address, and number of days left on their account. Also in the admin. area I would like a form to email all the subscribers at will. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I will need a button to remove ONE DAY from all the subscriber's accounts that I can click on each day, therefore, I do not want the system to remove a day from the accounts automatically. I would have to do this myself by clicking the button in the administration area. This system must fit the layout of my website. The admin. area does not have to. But the account creation page must. Must validate paypal and clickbank!! - MY WEBSITE CANNOT BE DOWN FOR ANY NUMBER OF DAYS WHILE THE CODER IS WORKING ON THIS PROJECT. - Must fit the entire layout of my website and must look professional and distinguished. - No not want complete ownership of this script but would like a copy of it that I can use wherever and whenever I need. - Do not want links or any advertisement copyrights anywhere on my website. - I do not want to be wasting money. I have changed the system over 4 times. I have paid out a total of $300 for scripts and setups for the system I am looking for and still have not gotten it. Therefore, my budget for this project is very limited for the time being.
