.NET Product Catalog - Web Application

Please read this till the end before placing your bids. We require services of a .NET developer to develop a product catalog solution based on the Microsoft technologies, namely C#, ASP.NET, [login to view URL], and MS SQL Server. Project Requirements: - SaaS architecture, to provide Multi-Tenant/Multi-User support, and a self-service sign-up for end-users - Catalog, Categories, Products, Media, Users, Resources, and Dynamic Properties Management modules in the Control Panel - Multi-Lingual support for website contents, and all the other resources - Dynamic property support for Products, Catalogs, And Categories to provide the functionality to add extra dynamic fields/properties to previously mentioned modules. - Export/Import functionality of the available catalogs and required related items such as catalogs' products. - We, System Administrators, should be able to create different service plans, along with a set of limitations on number of catalogs, products and define the frequency of the payment such as monthly, and yearly. - Layers and classes should be generated using CodeSmith Generator using .netTiers framework. - UML diagrams, Data Flow diagrams are required. - Please do not recommend using an open source e-commerce solution. We need a custom solution. Technologies: - Database should be developed in MS SQL Server - .NET 4.0, C#, ASP.NET, [login to view URL] VERY IMPORTANT NOTE 1: We need you to generate the system architecture using CodeSmith Generator using .netTiers framework. So, you should have enough experience using the previously mentioned technologies. Also, after generating the different layers, DataAccessLayer, BusinessLogicLayer, BusinessEntities, and PresentationLayer, you should extend the dynamically generated classes when writing your logic, so later when we use the generator to modify the classes, your manually written code will not be overwritten.
