Need 2 .Net Custom Server controls

Hello prospective developers, I need a? developer to? code me 2 custom .Net server controls. One will? query the weather from the website [login to view URL], and the other one will? query news from news sites. Requirement/specifications: **1) [login to view URL] custom server control:** -I should? be able to customize every text returned from? [login to view URL] before displaying it on the webpage. Examples are,fonts,font size,colors,pictures,etc. -It should? allow users to? manually lookup the weather by typing in the zip code, city, state, country. -It should be able to display the weather automatically based on where the visitor is from. Its doesnt have to be the exact city where they are from. But somewhere close is fine. -It should be? simple to use like just drag the control onto a page and viola, done! ** 2) A News feed grabber: **-I should? be able to customize every text/pictures/titles returned from? the news website? before displaying it on the webpage. Examples are,fonts,font size,colors,display pictures, resize pictures, limit amount of? words to display on the webpage, and limit the amount of stories to display. -It should be able to display the? news automatically based on where the visitor is from. Its doesnt have to be the exact city where they are from but somewhere close is fine. -The server control should be abled to grab news from different kinds of? sites. For example, [login to view URL],CNN,Boston herald,etc. -It should be? simple to use like just drag the control onto a page and viola, done!
