It won't send 10 property emails It will also only send them 1 email preferrably a SOLD template email, but if they don't hav any SLD. PNDing would be second template, if they don't have any pending then ACT, if no act EXP, if no EXP then Withdrawn. In the marketing email to the realtor it will ask them if they think they might have a buyer for their property and in the . A simple but professional hyperlink button that will answer yes or no. Their answer will be saved for the person doing the marketing to see. For the marketeer in a dialog that will shows who said yes and who said no they can click a detailed report with just a simple realtor name property address of properties they had listed/sold/act/pnc/withdrawn List Price, Sold Price. in other words when they responsed yes or no it will give details on the property they've sold/act/pnc/wthdrawn ; if they dont answer nothing will be posted on the website for the marketer to see. If they answer yes to the email, it will send a customizable email asking the realtor to contact them.
