Content Syndication/Managment Tool

Looking to build a content sydication tool. What it would do is allow websites to license and manage their content through a browser based control panel which allows you to make content changes on the fly from virtually any computer that has an internet connection. Brief Overview: This would be a web based SQL2000 database driven app written in ASP. The app should allow for 'account creation' where content is selected to be allowed as a feed to that account. The app should allow for content to be edited, and managed, with the ability to 'turn off' access to the content. Content needs to be output in a cross-platform manner such as javascript so it can be displayed on different server platforms that various websites whom are licensing the content can display the content feed. I have taken the time to write functional specifications for this with mock-ups of screens to help explain. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform App should be able to run on Windows NT/2000/XP server. Content output should be able to be displayed on any flavor web host including Windows and Linux. Content Management tool should be accessabile from any browser Including Netscape 4 and IE 3
