I need an ASP script written for a dentist web site I am working on. I want the receptionist to enter the patients name + email + day of appointment through a web browser (into a database) and have an automatic email appointment reminder sent to the patient a few days to a week prior to their appointment. I would like the patient to respond to the email and have the response noted in the database so the receptionist knows that the patient has received the appointment notification email. Added bonus would have the patient given the choice of responding that they will make the appointment or to cancel the appointment.
