Update and Insert script for VirtueMart store

I need 2 scripts

1. Insert Script (Runs Once)

I need the attached "[url removed, login to view]" inserted into my shop. I tried using "CSV Improved" but can't get the records inserted.

2. Update Script (Runs every 8 hours via cron)

This script needs to run every 8 hours. It is to update the price and availability for each product.

The attached [url removed, login to view] file is an example of the file to insert except the actual file is ',' comma delimited verses the '^' delimited file I've attached.

There are 6 fields I only need the first 4 field with the second field being a calculated field

The price you insert into the database with be the calculated value of

(Field2+(Field2*0.2025))+3

The update script will have to use CURL to get remote file I've attached a sample script from my host provider that the winning bidder will have to modify.

Since my host provider has provided a almost finish script the coder should be able to finish the update script easy.

Just need to change table and field and apply calculated field code.

ALL BIDDERS - Please restate the requirement so I can be sure you read them and indicate how long it will take to complete this project.

Any bid without this info will not be choosen.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
