I purchased a php image rater script. The script has a default HTML design coded into the php scripts. I need someone that knows PHP and HTML, to edit out the default HTML design and add either a Template system or a my custom design into the script. The complete script is about 20 or more PHPs files.

This is an URGENT project need this done right away. I need someone who is not bust with other projects and that can get this done ASAP.
