16932 integrating affiliate script

I have installed Affiliate Pro script on my hosting account. But I have problems tracking the sales made. The script successfully track clicks but not sale. I'm looking for a speedy solution. It's simple, just I'm not well adept with php. If you have worked with any affiliate script before like idevaffiliat and affplanet, this job will be a walk in the park.
