49963 Connect my Forms to database

This project involves 1. connecting the forms I have written in PHP to the MySQL database, 2. adding an "Insert today's date" button, 3. making the photos visible and telling me where I've gone wrong so I can learn from my mistakes. 4. I also need a couple of fields added to the forms as I have added them to the database tables since designing the forms. 5. Creating relationships between the tables. 6. Restricting access to members where DataView is true in database. The database is set up & the forms are prepared but needing amendments as above. I believe the connection problem lies in coding the access for people completing the online forms to write to my Linux server. Thank you.
