69713 compound calculator

I need a modifed clone of... [login to view URL] with the following changes... I would like both calculators built into one app. There would be a checkbox that would allow the user to compound or not. Needs to be a stand alone app, since I'll be using it on an existing php page. I do not particularly like the look of the above example, I'm showing that here merely to show the needed code.
